Position summary : The Data Analyst role is responsible for accurate build, maintenance & analysis of customer related data in Gate Gourmet's ERP system and some other responsibilities are : Responsible for ensuring correct data set-
up for all customers and in-line with customer specifications Ensure all changes to current specifications are captured, documented and disseminated to all relevant departments for all customers for ad-
hoc and planned changes Accurate build and maintenance of ERP data, including list of materials, product prices and menu / product specifications.
Ensure correct processes and procedures are followed always Ensure deadlines are met for all business activities Ensure data accuracy at every step of the process Coordinate and effectively communicate with identified stakeholders relevant to the role Key Requirements : Relevant tertiary qualifications.
Education to degree level or equivalent is preferred, but not essential. Good understanding of product types and accounting for potential wastage of each product when setting up menu specifications.
Strong, multi-focused administration and co-ordination experience in a complex, deadline orientated and fast- moving environment.
Analytical with strong attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Ability to work to deadlines Ability to work as part of a team Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word at an intermediate / advanced level essential.
