About The Role We are looking to appoint a Digital Business Analyst to drive our business as an industry leader of digital platforms, ensuring the customer experience is maintained and kept front of mind.

This is an intermediate position working as a part of a small digital team. You will be responsible for a variety of work from maintaining content on ecommerce and CMS platforms to gathering and documenting requirements, UAT testing and rollout of new functions.

More specifically, you will be responsible for : - Content authoring and data management- Ensuring high quality and on time roll-out of features and / or product releases- Displaying a high technical knowledge and understanding of the product architecture, market and the users- Working closely with the Product Owner to support the platform enhancement projects- Capable of dealing with a range of complex issues as a Business Analyst in a digital environment, along with the following.

Advantageous would be any experience in : - Jira and Hybris software- E-commerce platform management- UAT testing / environment exposure / requirement writing- Advanced excelKey attributes to bring : - Outstanding attention to detail and data accuracy- Good communication and time management skills- Can do attitude- Ability to understand and simplify complex processReporting into an experienced e-commerce Product Owner, this role is a fantastic opportunity for someone to progress a career in the world of digital commerce.
