Hansells, Vitafresh, Greggs, Alfa One, Movenpick (NZ and AU), Killinchy Gold, Hubbards, NZ Natural, Zilch and Chateau.

We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our Production team based at our Rockfield Road, Penrose site. The main purpose of the role is to provide support to the Shift Manager to ensure the team meet the daily production plan in a safe and timely manner whilst meeting our product quality standards, assist in investigating causes of poor performance : safety incidents / quality issues / breakdowns / customer complaints as well as finding areas of improvement and assist in driving them through to completion.

The working days and hours are Monday-Wednesday / Monday-Thursday, 4am-4pm (3 days on, 4 days off - rotating).

We’re looking for someone who is

Organised and results oriented with demonstrated success in achieving deadlines and manage priorities

Has a safety-first ethos and understands the importance of HSE and food safety in the workplace

Monitoring production quality and investigating / correcting errors, whilst notifying the appropriate people

Experienced in developing a fun team environment

Excellent communication skills

FMCG, Production or machinery operation experience

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
