How you’ll make an impactIn this role, you will help to roll-out migration and launch programs for a range of products including Xero Me and Expenses (mobile product) and support for feature launches across a range of products that are focused on the millions of employees working in small businesses globally.

You will need to quickly become the go-to expert on the needs of the customer and tie everything together through clear and concise propositions.

You will be the Xero who is driving the adoption and use of this product by working closely with the regional commercial leads, marketing and sales teams to achieve the customer and commercial targets.

What you'll do

  • Work with product teams to plan migration and feature launch programs
  • Build launch plans with global and regional customer teams to support product customer migration programs and new feature launches
  • Coordinate new marketing assets to support program launches
  • Stakeholder management to ensure all global and regional customer teams are up-to-date on progress and launch timings
  • Develop in app product lifecycle marketing comms to support beta programs
  • Monitor migration success, including tracking and reporting progress
  • What You'll Bring with You

  • Digital product experience (ideally mobile)
  • Commercial, data driven marketer with demonstrated experience building cross-sell and product lifecycle strategies based on customer and data insights
  • Strong stakeholder management - ability to build relationships quickly that allow you to challenge and influence whilst still having fun everyday
  • Experience working in agile environment
  • Passionate collaborator and thrive on the challenge of regularly connecting teams across regions and global offices
  • 7+ years in a product marketing or marketing role
  • Loads of initiative and able to lead virtual teams and work autonomously.
  • Ability to handle the pace and ambiguity that comes with working in a fast-paced tech environment
