WANTED : Admin Superstar

Know your way around social media?

Got a penchant for graphic design?

Are you an administrative wonderkid?

Need a flexible part-time role?

Then we are looking for you.

THE ROLE :

We (Trade Innovations, home of High Performer Building) need someone to pick up the regular admin which sits in our business. This includes :

  • Social media (FB, LinkedIn) updates
  • CRM (Hubspot) and Project Management (Trello) updates
  • Making updates to our website (Squarespace)
  • Minor edits and changes to our marketing collateral (Adobe Suite)
  • THE PERSON :

    Our ideal candidate will love variety, but be able to cope with some repetitive tasks. They will enjoy change (we have a tendency to try different ways of working to see what works best), be able to work autonomously (from home once up to speed) as well as within a small team (when in the office).

    If you have some experience with social media, Google analytics, Facebook ads, print media, publishing or promotions ? then this could be for you.

    We?d love someone who can create content for our marketing, and be able to communicate that through a variety of mediums ?

    social media, brochures, radio, video, web.

    And to top it all off, you need to have an eye for detail and make sure that everyone else is dotting their ?i?s and crossing their ?t?s.

    Hourly rate $20-25 per hour (depending on experience). Flexible working hours - indicatively 20 hours per week, although this may increase over time.
