Customer Services Representative

Working with a high performing team you will be supporting a forward thinking sales department, building relationships with customers and trouble shooting on your feet.

The key responsibilities of this position will include :

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Processing orders via email, fax, and phone
  • Invoicing
  • Processing credits
  • Following up out of stock items
  • Investigations of any stock delivery issues
  • Export processing
  • Advising customers of new promotions
  • General administration
  • To be successful within this position you will need :

  • Excellent communication both verbal and written
  • The ability to think on your feet and problem solve
  • A good geographical understanding within NZ
  • Reliability and dedication to this small team
  • Good sense of humour and energy level
  • Accurate processing skills
  • Business to Business customer services experience previously
