About the role

Toll Global Express are seeking to hire a proactive and enthusiastic Service Support person to join our team in Nelson. This is a part-time role that will be responsible for assisting with any customer enquiries and service-related issues.

Furthermore, this role will involve assisting with the daily management of a range of customer accounts. This will also include becoming involved in any process improvements to raise quality and service.

Working as part of the Toll team, you will be a team player, possess excellent customer service skills and take pride in your role.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to all customer enquiries in a timely manner
  • Accurately communicate relevant service information
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Ensure any customer concerns are resolved effectively
  • Provide customer reports when required
  • Ensure all information is recorded accurately
  • Key skills & experience

  • Customer focussed attitude
  • Six months of experience in a similar role
  • Prior experience in the transport / freight industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Interpersonal skills and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and self-manage
