Reporting and assisting the Head Housekeeper by supervising and training a team of 20 employees ensuring we consistently provide spotless rooms and public areas for our guests, displaying excellent customer service skills.
Daily tasks include but are not limited to :
Inspect and release rooms.
Supervise and support Room Attendants daily, whilst liaising with the different departments of the hotel.
Attend to guest queries and complaints.
On job training of employees.
Performance management of employees.
Assist with cleaning of rooms when required.
