This leading Construction Company based in Petone is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Project Administrator to support the team of quantity surveyors and project managers.
This role could be full-time or would suit someone who is highly experienced in Project Administration who is looking for work during school hours or is just looking for some flexibility whilst supporting this high functioning team.
Further to this, you will be tech savvy and have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
Key duties will include :
Assist with preparing and taking internal meeting minutes as required.
Assist the quantity surveyors / estimators with preparing invitation to tender and acceptance documentation.
Assist the commercial team with subcontractor price enquiries.
Assist in the liaising with subcontractors / suppliers to ensure their current insurance certificates, subcontract agreements, safety documentation have been received, and returned duly completed.
Assist with the process for establishing and setting up subcontractor details within Procore, including ensuring the subcontractors are receiving notifications.
Assist the site project team with compiling the completion documentation.
Assist with site setup and the continual administrative requirements for site offices (stationery, office furniture, wellbeing initiatives).
