About the opportunity

Jacobs' Integrated Project Services division is a quality provider ofProject Management services to public and private sector clients across a rangeof markets including Transport Infrastructure, Buildings Design and Services,Power & Energy, Water & Environment and others.

As a PM you will beexposed to a wide range of technically challenging projects and be trained andmentored to assume responsibility for the management and coordination of engineering,design, commissioning, quality, health and safety, finance and administration,and cost and schedule activities of projects.

Key work areas of the role will include :

  • Working as part of a local and national PM consulting team on a diverse range of projects
  • Provide specialist PM and possibly engineering input depending on your degree background, to existing and new clients across all market sectors
  • Monitor and report on project progress using Jacobs processes
  • Manage stakeholders, time and cost control to ensure projects are delivered within budget

    The successful candidate will :

  • Have a tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline
  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Hold a clean, valid New Zealand driver’s licence
  • Have a good understanding of NZS3910 & associated contracts
  • Possess strong leadership skills and the drive to make it to full Project Manager level
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
