    Summary

    Wise Property Solutions is a new entity that delivers innovative and sustainable property solutions for the Wise Group. We do this through delivering smart, effective and efficient results that reduce property risk for all parties in our organisation.

    We’re looking for a Property Contracts Specialist who will manage new and existing property contracts effectively for the Wise Group.

    This role is full-time working 40 hours per week, Monday Friday based in our Hamilton East office. In this role we offer flexible work arrangements for the right candidate.

    You’ll report to the Team Lead : Property Systems & Design, and you’ll provide key property contract management support and contribute to the ongoing success of the Wise Group including a reputation for excellence and innovation.

    You will develop expertise and knowledge of the business, and implement innovative strategies to add value to current activities.

    You’ll identify and implement contract management systems and processes, and manage new and existing property contracts effectively.

    You’ll work collaboratively with the wider Property Procurement team to onboard property, and have the ability to develop and maintain key relationships.

    You’ll be an experienced property contract specialist with strong networking and relationship building skills with people across cultures.

    You’ll also have a relevant qualification in legal or contract management,

    You’ll also have :

  • A respect for delegations and escalated decision making
  • Proven commercial acumen
  • A clean, full drivers license
  • Proven ability to develop successful relationships with a variety of people and across cultures
  • Ability to negotiate and sustain or develop networks in the marketplace
  • You might even have :

  • Membership of a professional Body such as the Property Council of New Zealand
  • Experience of Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) processes and property requirements
  • Experience working within the mental health, addiction, disability, public health, non-government and / or community sector.
  • Natural skill with processes and systems, and an interest in monitoring progress
