Our Facilities Services division provides trade services to these clients, through our Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Carpentry departments.

To keep up with a growing workload, we currently require an experienced Electrician to join our Hamilton team.

The successful applicant will be part of a diverse trades team comprised of Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC and Carpentry / Handyman services, working out of our Hamilton office in Te Rapa.


Workload will consist of a combination of planned and reactive maintenance and project work. You will also be required to conduct Electrical audits for various clients.


Clients will include major banks, supermarkets and a combination of other leading NZ businesses and commercial premises.


  • Electrical Trade qualified
  • NZ Electrical Licence no limits’ (Electrical)
  • Good knowledge of electrical testing.
  • Commercial maintenance experience is highly desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge and commitment to Health and Safety
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to use a tablet / ipad for access to internal systems, emails and job allocation / management.

  • Health & Safety is a priority for Cushman & Wakefield and the successful candidate will be expected to have a good understanding of the H&S requirements and behaviors in commercial environment.

    Good personal presentation and customer service skills are also essential, as is a clean full driver’s licence.

    The successful applicant will be required to undergo pre-employment medical screening, including a drug and alcohol test.

    A criminal conviction review is also a requirement of the role.
