THE COMPANY : A distributor of specialist products across a number of industries and companies in New Zealand and internationally.

THE ROLE : Answering phonesCustomer services (both over the phone and in-person, counter sales)Invoicing, credits, receipting, warranty paperwork and following up outstanding accountsStock management including allocation, removal, updating, re-orderingHealth and SafetyOffice / workshop items orderingQuoting service work from job cards + following up customers (authorisation, payment and updating progress)Checking off inwards and outwards goodsPacking and sending inter company requests (orders, stock transfers etc.

Filing and organising Job cardsOUR IDEAL CANDIDATE : Has previous experience in a similar role where you were working with administrative and customer services tasksHas proven experience processing customer product orders, following up on stock, processing credits, etcHas excellent communication and people skillsIs a team player and happy to help out wherever neededHas proven computer skillsWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
