at MidCentral District Health Board! (Scope of Practice - Registered Nurse) The service provides a wide range of specialised nursing care in the community, 16 hours a day seven days a week, from seven sites across MDHB region.
This is a key clinical leadership role as a part of the senior leadership team for the district nursing service. We are looking for a nurse committed to supporting very busy clinical teams while embracing a new model of service delivery to the people of our communities.

MidCentral District Health Board employs more than 2500 staff at Manawatu, Palmerston North, Tararua and Horowhenua and Otaki districts.
Palmerston North Hospital is a 350 bed secondary hospital, which services an urban population of 80,000 and a total population catchment of 168,000.
In addition, the hospital is a teaching hospital, and is associated with both Auckland and Otago medical schools.
Palmerston North is a major university city and is at the hub of key routes to the central North Island ski fields, and river adventures.
Wellington the capital city, is only a two hour journey by road, as are the wine growing regions of Hawke's Bay and Wairarapa.
