Kia ora! I’m Kaitlyn from the People & Culture Team. We’re looking for a new Sales Consultant Customer Services to join our Retail team based in Ashburton.

You’re an communicator who is passionate about providing exceptional service over the phone and in person making sure our customers have the best experience possible.

This job will keep you interested, challenged and on your toes with a range of customer contact channels and working with a range of Heartland products in a supportive team environment that encourages development and training.

You’ll provide customers with a radically different customer experience - making sure that they are well informed, feeling happy and valued.

Does this sound like you?

You’re a people person - always keen to help and chat to people. Ideally, you’ll have some customer service or financial services experience.

You may be a recent graduate looking to develop a career in financial services or wanting to change roles or industries.

You’ll have an engaging, positive and clear phone manner and can strong build relationships with our customers both internal and external.

You’re a pro with :

  • Strong customer service experience
  • An interest in the financial services industry
