At Incentive Solutions, we specialise in Incentive & Loyalty Programs and we are looking for a hard working, bubbly, driven by success, person who doesn't want to come to work to eat their lunch, to join our Member Care team as a Member Care Sales Consultant.

No two days are the same so this is a role loaded with variety.

This is a permanent role and the hours of work are 8.30am-5pm (Monday ? Friday).

Salary will be commensurate with experience and attitude.

  • Key Responsibilities;
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with members to redeem their reward points for the vast range of qualifying rewards.
  • Responding to and resolving queries from our members and all stake holders.
  • Recording accurate notes of all interactions with our members in their respective accounts.
  • Calling existing members of our loyalty programmes.
  • Skills and attributes required :

  • Experience in customer service or retail will be an advantage.
  • Fluent, clear and understandable English.
  • Professional and lively telephone manner
  • Basic skills in Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong will to want to learn and a ?Can Do? attitude.
  • Everything else is in the training you?ll receive
