As the Customer Support Specialist, you will provide services, information and support that enable the Sales team as a whole to provide excellent service to our customers and to meet and exceed our sales targets, contributing to the wider business performance.

You will have specific responsibility for supporting the C&I account managed customers and will also manage your own portfolio of telephone account managed customers.

Our ideal candidate will bring :

  • A track record of success in a Sales Support Specialist or equivalent role that includes a strong customer service focus
  • Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills -verbal and written
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent analytical, numerical and problem solving skills
