This position as a Service Response Scheduler is to support our Northland Water team and to liaise with our clients. As new jobs come in, we need you to dispatch the work to our staff and update inhouse and external client systems.
Ideally you will have experience of knowledge of the water industry in either water / wastewater, but other coordination type roles from a contractor background is also helpful, or an understanding of operations and maintenance industries.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, with an ability to prioritise their workload and work under pressure.
Experienced IT skills, and excellent communication skills are essential requirements of this position. A strong attention to detail along with previous administration and customer service experience will make you a perfect fit.
