This Digital Sales & Marketing Lead plays a crucial role in making this a reality.Job DescriptionHere’s the exciting partThis role offers exposure to digital change programmes, digital projects, high profile marketing campaigns and the opportunity to be part of a significant transformation with leading edge technology in a dynamic and challenging environment.

You’re primary focus is too bring your subject matter expertise to lead our digital sales and media activities maximising our paid, earned and owned digital media channels.

You will be accountable for optimising the strategic planning and overseeing the execution of all ecommerce and digital media initiatives.

This is a critical role to support our journey on becoming a digital business. In your role you will affect the effectiveness of the digital acquisition costs and number of sales going through our digital channels.

Growing both the number of customers and the reduction of our acquisition costs are key strategic objectives and your leadership skills and experience will be required to drive those objectives.

Here’s some extra stuff that you should know;Lead Optimisation initiativesManage digital media and creative agencies to drive strategic direction, budget allocations, campaign creatives and operational excellence.

Ownership and sole responsibility of an annual digital media budgetDevelop and provide strategic insights for the leadership team on media effectiveness to build a solid understanding of the contribution Digital delivers as part of the omni-channel mix.
