This role is a permanent full-time role in our Auckland office to help support and coordinate People operations across the business.

What this role is responsible for : The People and Performance Coordinator will be supporting the overall People team, day to day, in a broad range of tasks and support multiple projects at once autonomously in a fast-paced environment across the organisation.

  • What success looks like : Supporting and advising Crimson employees with day to day people queriesWorking to support leaders with contractual paperwork for new employees and contractors globallyAssist with project management of Crimson's People programsMaintenance of Recruitment Systems and setting up of the roles and processRecruitment coordination and supporting Hiring ManagersAssist with onboarding and offboarding activitiesAssisting the People & Performance team in the progression and moderation of operating policies, guidelines, systems and processes to encourage best practices within the companyMaintaining HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input dataWhat skills and experience you'll need : High learning agilityStrong customer service orientation;
  • ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and tactHighly-organised with the ability to follow through on projects with minimal supervisionAbility to work with a variety of stakeholdersCommunicates well (oral and written)Understanding and confidence in utilising technology to drive our People processes, including MS Office Suite, Google suite, HRIS and Recruitment platformsAbility to make judgements and decisions on confidential matters, and plan and manage complex administrative systems and practicesThis role offers lots of learning and development, and exposure to different aspects of our high performing, fast-growth organisation.
