In this full-time role, you will be responsible for always providing excellent customer service for ZEND, ensuring that Zend are providing the most effective solutions to their customer base.

Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will be self-motivated, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. You will be resilient, have high energy levels and be able to juggle multiple priorities.
You will have prior customer service experience, ideally within a call centre or similar environment. You will be confident, have great written and spoken English, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot would be advantageous.
