    The Role

    In this full-time role, you will be responsible for always providing excellent customer service for ZEND, ensuring that Zend are providing the most effective solutions to their customer base.

    Key Responsibilities include :

  • Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls
  • Effectively managing customer enquiries and upselling
  • Managing customer accounts
  • Responding to email enquires
  • Successfully booking freight movements and ticket orders for customers
  • Following up with freight companies on proof of deliveries
  • Liaising with the ZEND accounts team on quotes, and the claims process, as well as all other general customer enquiries.
  • Managing and updating the Zend CRM system
  • Skills and Experience

    To be successful in this role, you will be self-motivated, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. You will be resilient, have high energy levels and be able to juggle multiple priorities.

    You will have prior customer service experience, ideally within a call centre or similar environment. You will be confident, have great written and spoken English, and the ability to build rapport quickly.

    Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot would be advantageous.
