Beaurepaires is a tyre retailer with 60 stores Nationwide Due to an internal promotion we have a rare opportunity for a Regional Manager to join the team This role will be responsible for inspiring and leading our 12 stores throughout the Southern Region Nelson to Invercargill Regular travel will be required The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the professional management of the Southern stores and will work closely with the Business Development and Retail Manager Within Beaurepaires exceptional customer service and employee satisfaction is of the utmost importance therefore you will be required to drive positive customer service expectations and sustain company values throughout the stores Key responsibilities Actively source and recruit new employees for stores Provide training and development to Store Managers and oversee the Management of all Southern store employees Conduct induction and onboarding processes with new employees Oversee store sales stock and end of day sales processes Facilitate exceptional customer service standards Ensure adherence by employees to company policies procedures and online training Work closely with Store Managers to drive ongoing organisational efficiency and ensure accurate reporting Work closely with Head Office Managers to provide the right advice and guidance to store employees in line with current employment legislation and operational procedures Liaise with customers in relation to resolving complaints and ad hoc queries Lead the teams to assist with meeting budgeted sales volumes KPI targets and developing account management Lead investigations and disciplinary related processes when employment related issues or concerns arise Promote the network and support marketing activities About you We are looking for an experienced retailer with prior management experience Experience in assisting with store management developing sales and growing business opportunities is desirable Ideally you will demonstrate a passion for sales and people development with a history of achieving set KPIs training and developing employees and a drive for ensuring exceptional customer service You will be dedicated to pursuing new opportunities and business development within the region and be excited about the brands and company values You must be happy to travel throughout the region regularly and build rapport with our store employees
