We have initiated a long-term programme to rebuild Landonline, the system used to manage New Zealand's land information, and we are looking for people to join the team and make a valuable contribution to a programme of work that will have a positive impact across New Zealand.
Landonline is crucial to supporting the New Zealand way of life. There's no other way to buy land or a house in New Zealand, and it provides important information to be able to respond to emergencies, natural disasters and biosecurity concerns.
We are looking for motivated people who are keen to share their knowledge in our in a diverse, agile team environment. About the role : We are looking for 2 Agile Business Analyst's (BA) to hit the ground running and work closely with the Product Owner to elaborate the future state for business systems, functions and processes, including the creation of a viable, value driven backlog.
They will focus on problem solving and addressing identified business needs, as well as exploring new opportunities. A core member of the Squad, the BA will work with other squad members to ensure user stories meet the team's definition of ready to take in to build' on their respective backlogs.
About you : Relationships and collaboration within your squad and across the business are critical to success in this role.
You will have strong communications skills and a successful track record building trusted relationships to understand and address key stakeholder needs.
You will also have : Previous experience as a Business Analyst with strong business process analysis skills. Demonstrated ability writing user stories, understanding benefits and value, estimation, facilitation and testing.
Experience coaching and supporting mindset change towards agile / lean approaches. Strong analytical skills and be able to demonstrate a wide range of knowledge across business systems and processes.
