The Client Services Administrator role is about providing a professional level of customer service in order to optimise trainee achievement in our managed training and qualification systems.
This role requires a logical and methodical approach who has well-developed problem-solving skills to prevent and / or resolve issues with a view to keeping both internal and external customers happy.
This position calls for refined customer services and administration skills. An eye for detail and problem-solving nous is vital as is an exemplary phone manner.
Top notch verbal and written communication skills are a must as you will be preparing correspondence and engaging regularly with our clients, our stakeholders and our staff.
To ensure your success in this role, accurate data entry skills along with intermediate level or above Microsoft Office skills are a must!If the words organised, self-
managing, energetic and confident have been used to describe you then this could be the role for you!Ideally you will have a tertiary qualification or have acquired equivalent skills and knowledge from previous employment.
