    NZ owned business, established in the 90s is rapidly growing. This company is the largest heavy vehicle rental and lease company in NZ.

    An excellent opportunity for someone who has experience with Administration, based in Penrose. My client has a strong focus on their team to ensure the environment they work in is positive and thriving.

    This is a 6-month contract and can be started ASAP. The business has worked throughout the lockdown as are an essential service, so provide excellent job security.

    About the role :

    This role is a 3-month temp role working supporting the maintenance team within a well-established company. You will have excellent customer service skills, organisation skills and enjoy working in a fun collaborative team.

    You will have :

  • A high level of computer keyboard skills, being competent with word and excel.
  • Having any background relating to the repairs and operation of heavy vehicles would be beneficial.
  • Have good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact as part of a high performing team.
  • Have an analytical mind in order to assist customers enquires over the phone.
  • Experience with data entry and checking invoices
  • Strong administration and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills are a must
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team
