What this opportunity involves :

We’re looking for a polished, professional and proactive Facilities Administrator to work on a client site in Wellington.

You’ll work with our client, who’s one of the largest innovative global retail businesses!

In this varied role, you’ll with operations, vendor management, purchasing of materials and supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk!

  • A snapshot of the role;
  • Provide relief for support staff e.g. Mailroom, Receptionist, Facilities Coordinator and Finance Administrator

    Assist in general facilities duties to ensure the adequate provision of office services and supplies

    Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards

    Conduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures on site are in place and working

    Perform general office administrative tasks such as creation of word documents, spreadsheets, publications, and signage for the office

    Serve as a liaison between office staff and facilities management in service requests

You’ll be a collaborative team player who adopts a hands-on approach to problem solving, and has the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks.

    You’ll demonstrate flexibility, an ability to adapt to ambiguous and sometimes stressful situations.

    Confidence, agility and adaptability are key to being successful in this role, as is the ability to think outside the box and be open to new ideas!
