    Connectworks is a fast-growing NZ-owned company that makes and sells really useful subscription software solutions.

    They're used by major accounting, legal and trust management firms and their clients.

    We need a new pre-sales and admin superstar to help keep some senior sales people busy presenting our product to the right prospects in NZ and overseas.

  • Key tasks are;
  • Appointment setting for two people who travel the country regularly to meet clients and prospects. Most prospects know us and most others are open to finding out about how we can help them, but it may sometimes require cold-
  • calling and / or the need to be persuasive to arrange an appointment.

  • Recording all client contact in our CRM system and keeping it up to date. It’s not too complex and full training will be given.
  • Making travel bookings online.
  • Managing expenses in Xero. Training will be given if you’ve not used it.
  • Other administrative tasks that may be required from time to time.
  • You will need be, super-organised, smart and accurate with great communication skills (written and verbal) and a confident and persuasive phone manner.

    You don’t need to know the systems we use, as training will be given. We use Macs with Gmail and Google drive.

    The team is friendly and relaxed and we’ve got great open-plan offices on The Terrace.

    Two people formerly in this role have been promoted.

    Salary range is $28,000- $33,800 for a 25-hour week, depending on experience.

    We’re flexible about when the hours are worked over the week, but being in the office most days is preferable, as is being mostly there when it’s easiest to contact prospects and clients (8.

    30am-noon and 2pm-5pm Mon-Fri). It would great if you’re OK to take the occasional time-sensitive phone call or email outside your regular working hours too.
