We are looking for a Fundraising Manager to deliver long term and sustainable funding to support our vision and mission for all tamariki, rangitahi and whanau of Aotearoa.
There is a highly capable team of professionals in the Fundraising Team so there is a considerable opportunity to harness their expertise and lay down a pathway for future growth.
You will be highly experienced in developing and managing fundraising strategies and plans, financial management and leading and motivating a high performing team.
You’ll be experienced and motivated to build a growth plan for the organisation that involves diversification of our acquisition channels, harnessing digital and expanding into legacies and major donors.
You will also be an exceptional communicator who is motivated by and passionate about this wonderful cause and willing to champion growth.
You’ll have the support of the General Manager who has a strong background in international fundraising.
This is a full-time permanent role based in Te Aro Wellington and Barnardos can offer the right candidate both flexible working hours and options to work from home.
