We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Communications Manager to join the team.In this role you will be responsible for guiding a team of marketers and working closely with enterprise stakeholders to design and deliver integrated and effective marketing communications programs that are aligned with customer needs, and ultimately contribute to BNZ's overall strategy.

Builds and maintains effective relationships with key stakeholders, working with colleagues across marketing and the wider enterprise to deeply understand the aspirations of customers to drive the best communications outcomes.
Manages ongoing operational effectiveness of marketing campaigns embedding a test, refine and learn approach to drive continuous improvement of all marketing activity.
Provides direction, coaching and support to marketers within aligned business areas to guide the delivery of best-in-class marketing programmes and contribute to the bank's success.
Continuously build the understanding of customer knowledge and insight to deliver better marketing communications outcomes.
Manages assigned campaign budgets, ensuring they provide the best ROI possible, and deliver to overall BNZ strategy.Manages key agency relationships to ensure the highest quality creative output.
To ensure legislative compliance, you are accountable for individual workplace health and safety training, compliance and performance including managing and reviewing all recorded hazards, initial discomforts, accidents, incidents, workplace injuries and rehabilitation.
