An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join our Community Mental Health Forensic Service based at Wakari Hospital in a rehabilitation / transition role.
The role comprises case management and intensive work with people experiencing severe enduring mental illness to develop skills for their transition to the community.
This includes (but not limited to) assessing, evaluating and modifying structured weekly plans to facilitate client’s functioning in the community.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse with previous experience of working in the mental health sector, preferably in a Forensic setting.
We provide a good orientation to the position and will support your on-going professional development needs.
