We're on the hunt for an Applications Lead to provide hands-on delivery, ensuring application platforms and systems are developed, secured, maintained, and supported.

In this newly created role, you'll also lead a small team of Application Analyst super stars.

You can expect to :

Support and lead team to reach their potential through coaching and mentoring.

Plan and organise workloads and staff assignments; Review progress, and direct changes in priorities, schedules, procedures to meet deadlines.

Provide guidance and consultation on applications and related services which may include reviewing system documentation, feasibility, design, testing, and implementation

Work as part of a colloborative team supporting business and enterprise intiatives.

This role can be based in Wellington (CBD) or New Plymouth (Bell Block).

Qualifications

Proven experience leading and mentoring.

3+ years’ experience in a senior role performing administration, training, and supporting the installation, development and maintenance of application software

Experience in addressing complex issues and demonstrated problem management

A customer service mindset

Tertiary qualified in computer science, technology or similar
