With that in mind and due to rapid growth, we are recruiting for a new role, leading a team of Shell Lubricant Territory Sales Representatives throughout the country.

This new National Sales Manager position reports into our Business Manager Shell Lubricants.

While delivering on sales targets and objectives is an obvious measure of this role, our people are critical therefore this role will have a big focus on developing and coaching our Sales Team to be the future leaders in our business.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have a background in managing and developing a team of people across multiple locations, with a particular strength sales development and people management of on-road sales team.

Fast on your feet, with high levels of pace and energy you will quickly navigate the demands of our valued customers across a full range of industries while working closely with our key account manager to ensure robust delivery of customer service.

Ideally you will be able to provide demonstrated evidence of sales growth and expansion in a previous role in the lubricant, consumables or similar environment or industry.

You will thrive on holding the accountability for hunting out new opportunities and landing the deal, achieving the right outcomes for both the client and TransDiesel and helping guide your team to their own successes.

A strong communicator, coupled with a collaborative approach you will know the value of others ideas and insights to formulate your plans and areas of focus.
