If you have prior experience with human resource systems and consider yourself a computer wizz, then we’d like to hear from you! We are currently looking for a Human Capital Management (HCM) Administrator to join our team.
We are currently implementing a best in class Human Capital Management (HCM). The new system and processes will put our leaders in the driver’s seat, allowing each HR team to reduce transactional work and evolve into a proactive, strategic partner across the entire organisation.
Instrumental in the change, you are helping Synlait realise our vision for attracting and retaining the best talent from around the world.
For the first six months or so, this will be a heavily administrative role responsible for ensuring business as usual continues to flow from a recruitment perspective (pre-employment checks, onboarding, etc.
It will be your responsibility to identify and automate efficiencies within the recruitment process where possible to ultimately allow you to focus on the technical aspect of the role.
After the initial six months of applying efficiencies, the vision is for this position to be the technical go-to when it comes to Oracle HCM service requests.
You will have direct interaction with Oracle and access to Oracle University to upskill in order to implement best-in-class integrations and efficiencies.
Reporting into the Head of HR Shared Services, you will :
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and wider HR team
Work with functional leaders, HR application Managers, IT, and project teams to create and manage HCM Solutions with a creative mind and innovative focus
Coordinate cross-functional solution dependencies across all HCM modules (Core HR / Org, Performance, Compensation, Reporting and Analytics, etc.)
Develop solutions for the Core HR HCM module (architect and scope functional solutions for customers, conduct in-depth requirements gathering and documentation, end to end testing development and execution)
Troubleshoot HRIS issues and errors, quickly resolving them along with root causes.
Perform system and testing audits for data accuracy, integrity, and functionality.
Assist with the administration of Oracle security policies and checks using established policies and procedures
Assist with development of new reports, metrics, queries and dashboards using Oracle to support stakeholder needs
Add new configuration elements to the various HR systems in operation, including approved changes to business process, organization changes, workflows, and security models
This is an exciting position that will allow you to utilize and develop your technical skills. Your cloud-based systems knowledge, organization skills and proactive approach will be critical in your success in the role.
Skills and Experience :
To be successful in the role, you will also need to have;
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
Minimum three (3) years of experience in Human Resources with two (2) of those years being in HR Systems. Previous experience with Oracle HRIS or similar HCM is preferred.
Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar HR Systems within the areas of Onboarding, Recruitment (ATS), Performance Management and Analytics is a plus HRIS and payroll application experience
