  • The Opportunity

    This is an exciting opportunity for a proven Insurance leader to relocate to Blenheim to be a part of the Aon business and lead a successful team of Insurance professionals supporting clients within the region in our Blenheim branch.

    This role would see you managing a book of clients personally while spearheading new business opportunities for the branch to meet / exceed annual growth targets.

    Additionally, you will be responsible for the overall wellbeing and professional development of your team.

    This position will have an attractive base salary, vehicle, superannuation, annual discretionary bonus, and unique Aon benefits.

    To be successful in this role, you should have :

  • A proven track record within the insurance industry
  • Experience managing a team
  • Excellent client-relationship building skills
  • An analytical mindset and high attention-to-detail for interpreting policies & agreements
  • The ability to problem-solve and mitigate risk for clients effectively.
