Auckland City, AucklandThe Role : As the Customer Service Representative Phone Team, you will provide an outstanding service to all internal and external customers, acting as the first point for all outbound customer service functions.

What You Will Do : Act as a first point of contact for all customer queries over the phoneProcess customer orders and record all relevant information on our databaseWork with other customer service divisions to ensure customer invoices and bookings are up to dateLiaise with all internal departments including sales, operations and finance to ensure best practice.
