Intermediate Planner RMA Consents

Growth in the Whangarei District has been relentless and with no signs of slowing our friendly and busy RMA Consents team are looking for their newest member to join the team.

If you are a qualified planner and meet the below requirements, we’d love to hear from you :

  • Have experience in processing both subdivision and land-use resource consents within a local government framework
  • Seek the challenge of processing resource consents of varying complexity and type
  • Confident to make the tough decisions when required
  • Good understanding of the Resource Management Act 1991 and the Resource Management Amendment Act 2003 and the resource consent process
  • Capable of consistently producing work of high quality within the required timeframes
  • Minimum 4-6 years post qualification experience in a planning field
