About Kerry Role Summary

Passionate and enthusiastic Key Account Manager required to drive sustainable growth of the Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) Channel.

Responsible for developing and executing QSR channel and customer plans that leverage Kerry’s unique advantages for the benefit of new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive growth by continuously creating and selling customer value propositions for new and existing customers that focus on our competitive advantage while leveraging our broad product portfolio
  • Develop strong strategic relationships within the customers’ organisation including R&D, Marketing and Procurement
  • Partner cross-functionally within Kerry to optimise solutions offered to customers
  • Maintain high level of awareness of market trends and competitor activity
  • Develops this knowledge into actionable insights
  • Proactively build robust pipeline of end use and customer specific opportunities
  • Engage and inspire customers to want to do business with Kerry
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience gained within the food sector
  • Ideally experience within QSR sales including exposure to Global accounts
  • Proven track record of success in Business Development and Account Management
  • Experience of working cross functionally with R&D, Operations and Finance stakeholders
  • Related degree qualification (preferred)
  • Project Management skillset
  • Exceptional communication skills, presenting skills
  • Well-developed planning, organisational, analytical skills
