The Opportunity
Our team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our Adviser Relationship Team (ART).
You will provide an outstanding customer service experience to our Advisers and Insurance Managers to work with them to respond to their inquiries and effectively and efficiently resolve their queries.

About the Role :
Take inbound calls and queries from Advisors.
Build positive relationships with advisers.
Provide clear and concise information and process requests in a timely manner.
Identify new opportunities for process improvements.
Demonstrated ability to make good commercial business decisions.
Work with and help your team members and collaborate with them during busy times.
About you :
Experience working as a Key account manager or in a contact centre role.
Proven client relationship skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Passion for building positive relationships with clients, advisers and / or stakeholders.
Previous experience working on multiple IT systems and have a tech savvy mindset.
Able to problem solve and enjoys finding new solutions for our Advisers.
Brings a positive attitude and enjoys contributing to a fun team culture.
Previous experience working in the banking or financial services industry (a plus).
