The purpose of this key role is to lead and inspire talent teams to deliver recruitment services to key stakeholders including business unit leaders and our executive leaders that align with the WWNZ strategic ambition.

We are looking for someone who will nurture, motivate, and create a culture of high performance and engagement. You will need to be someone with strong influencing skills and the confidence to present to audiences ranging from Stores teams to senior leaders.

Your key responsibilities will see youEnsure the talent acquisition plans, team structure and services offered, align with the business strategy and operational plansEnsure the talent acquisition processes and practices deployed protect the business from risk, ensures the business is compliant and the business is equipped to hire the best talent availableWork with Leadership groups to build and implement recruitment solutions in line with business strategy as appropriateManage the delivery of all talent acquisition activitiesLiaise with subject matter experts within the broader HR function (e.

g. : Learning & Development, ER, Performance & Reward etc.) to provide and receive consultancy and advice within the different stakeholder groupsBe part of the talent identification and development process with Culture and People Partners, providing advice and support on talent acquisition and deployment mattersResearch issues and develop solutions to resolve including recruitment system optimisation opportunitiesDevelop and implement new recruitment policies, practices and programmes to meet organisational and management needsAct as the primary recruitment contact for the Executive leadership team in the organisation, and manage the recruitment process personally for GM / Heads Of roles as identified and as appropriateSupport the development and ongoing engagement of the WWNZ employment brandManage compliance with NZ immigration legislation and requirementsTo be considered for this fantastic career opportunity, your experience will likely reflect : Strong relationship management and influencing skillsExpert knowledge of talent acquisition practicesTertiary qualification preferredExcellent communication skills and high service orientationCandidate Management System knowledge and skillsKnowledge of current employment legislation relating to talent acquisitionBusiness partnering experiencePrevious experience of leading and engaging a large teamAbility to interact and influence at Executive / strategic levels This really is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic and fast-paced setting.
