With our P&C Systems Lead focused on a payroll system upgrade, this twelve-month fixed term role will ensure seamless continuation of operational maintenance, design and management of our HRIS.
Definitely not a 'holding role', this is an opportunity for fresh eyes, insight and ideas to leverage our core HR and Talent systems, through a lens of user experience, positively impacting productivity and system interaction for our P&C team, our candidates and our employees across the Beca Group.
Relationships will be Group-wide, mindful of different users, time-zones and jurisdictions, proactively seeking and initiating value-add opportunities, be it system enhancements, user training, elevated reporting or project contribution.
With exposure to a huge amount of information, across our complex business, a data integrity focus is critical.
You'll be a systems guru, balanced with empathy and patience to understand, interpret and enhance user experience. Your extensive knowledge of People & Culture / HR systems will enable you to engage and assume leadership for ongoing design, improvement and management of our HRIS (Ascender PSe HR and Cornerstone), confidently contributing to project meetings, with a proactive, continuous improvement approach.
You'll be curious to question and explore improvements, sensitive to the impact of change, while resilient and solution focused.
Demonstrated P&C / HR project implementation and change management experience will contribute to mutual success. Most importantly, you'll bring a collaborative, team spirit, sharing our commitment to excellence.
