Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
At Contact our people-centred technology delivery is unique for many reasons. This newly created position is the driver of the person(s)! But just to be clear, we’re seeking someone to lead others, develop their capabilities, performance, training, onboarding, career planning and development needs are in your hands.
You will also be leading the charge on improving the processes and approaches used across the employee lifecycle for data professional, including growth & capability frameworks, the team onboarding experience and team culture.
There are about 4 squads that are primarily made up of our data engineers and data analysts, in total 20 25 people.
