Technical Support Engineer
Our client's products have been synonymous with leading edge technology in the global market. Due to growth we now have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer to be a part of the team.
This role will be responsible for operational helpdesk calls and escalations. Management of the service call lists using priority systems, change requests, implementing fixes and component upgrades, incident reports and daily management of data, servers and maintenance tasks

What you MUST have :
Prior proven experience in a similar role.
The ability to demonstrate your technical prowess in relation to this role
SQL Database experience, would be an advantage, but not a neccessity
Impeccable written and spoken communication skills
Have a clean and clear criminal history
The legal right to work in New Zealand
