Responsibilities will include but not limited to :
Travel and accommodation bookings
Manage quarterly nominations and awards
Be a first point of contact for the General Manager
Reception duties which will include meeting and greeting all visitors and clients
Assisting with internal administration
The ideal candidate will be :
Strong in Microsoft suite knowledge
Proven frontline reception and personal assistant experience
Reliable and well presented
Exceptional communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
