We are on the lookout for a fulltime and permanent superstar to join a corporate office based in the CBD.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to :

  • Travel and accommodation bookings
  • Manage quarterly nominations and awards
  • Draft presentations
  • Dashboards
  • Be a first point of contact for the General Manager
  • Database management
  • Reception duties which will include meeting and greeting all visitors and clients
  • Assisting with internal administration
  • The ideal candidate will be :

  • Strong in Microsoft suite knowledge
  • Proven frontline reception and personal assistant experience
  • Reliable and well presented
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
