We are looking for an exceptional organiser who will be responsible for coordinating software development projects, the budget, the resources and any issues and risks for each project.

Your key role is to keep projects organised and running smoothly, and therefore you will be very detail orientated, very dependable and you are known for getting things done.

You will be helping the team with allocating workload, removing and identifying roadblocks, and you will be the central communicator as the bridge connecting all of the project members, and reporting on updates and the accuracy of how the projects are tracking.

You will be an experienced project coordinator within an Information Technology environment and ideally have exposure to software development projects.

You will work closely with senior developers to ensure the project has the right level of skill and coverage to deliver the project.

You will be proactive with the ability to mitigate risks through a thorough understanding of the project lifecycle and how it is tracking.


  • On a day to day basis you will be responsible for;
  • Developing, managing and maintaining the project plan to ensure project deliverables and milestones are completed within time frames and budget
  • Managing project-level risks, issues and raising change requests and escalations
  • Managing the priorities of the teams
  • Monitoring and auditing timesheets to track budget and project progress
  • Project mapping or use of project planning tools
  • Monitor and report on progress and status
  • It is essential that you are known for accuracy, are articulate and are exceptionally well organised. You will have an excellent ability to manage information flow and scheduling with strong stakeholder management developing effective working relationships across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
