Spectrum Care is looking for a Communications and Marketing Advisor with a focus on reaching and communicating with prospective and current customers, and fulfilling our brand objectives of 'helping maximise the potential of the people we serve' through 'wholehearted optimism every day' and 'finding a way together'.
The position reports to the Communications and Marketing Manager, and will contribute to our wider brand, marketing, communications, events and social media objectives - including campaign creation, social engagement and reporting - to help Spectrum achieve its vision and strategic objectives.
You'll have a specific focus on marketing and social media, implementing our strategy through the creation of effective campaigns and content, and helping build our presence online.
You'll also manage engagements across our social media channels, help with social monitoring and report back to our Communications and Marketing Manager on Spectrum's brand presence in these various media.
