With over 100 sites and services across the Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga and Wellington regions, we provide a wide range of services for people with intellectual and / or physical disabilities within residential homes and out in their community.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Advisor to join our busy, and collaborative Human Resources team.
The human resources and recruitment team is passionate and committed. We work at a fast pace, due to the high volumes of vacancies in the disability sector.
But we have fun too, so a sense of humour is a must. Every month, we recruit employees to fill a variety of roles such as support workers, managers, and clinical and administrative staff.
The successful applicant will form strong business relationships with our internal customers, especially hiring managers.
Some of the day to day tasks include :
A tertiary qualification in a recruitment / HR-related area is preferred, and proven work experience (two years minimum) in a recruitment capacity is essential.
Previous experience using Snaphire is also desirable.
You will have exceptional organisational skills, proven in-house recruitment or agency experience and demonstrated candidate care and talent sourcing, coupled with a real drive and passion for people while working in a fast paced environment.
