    Our People and Capability team works in partnership with directorates, managers and staff across Nelson Marlborough Health providing expertise on all employee related matters.

    Our purpose is to enable our people to do what they do best - and we need a great team to make it happen!

    About the role

    Due to one of our team securing a full-time role with our HR Business Partners we are looking for a part-time recruitment administrator.

    Our recruitment volumes are growing so this will be a busy and exciting role. You will be involved in administering Phoenix our recruitment system, advising managers on best practice recruitment and providing great candidate care.

    About you

    If you have HR experience that's great, recruitment experience even better. Most importantly though you are a self-starter with bundles of energy and a strong customer focus.

    You will need to be confident engaging with people at all levels and a strong team player. You will enjoy being busy and will be great at showing initiative.

    Your work style will be to jump in and get things done in the most efficient and customer centric way
