    If this sounds like you, read on as we're looking for our next Customer Experience superstar to join the team on a fixed term basis working from Sunday to Thursday.

  • In this role, within our Customer Experience team you will get the opportunity to really make your mark. Your day will be made up of;
  • interacting with customers across multiple channels, working alongside a range of teams within the business and gaining insights from our data to further enhance customer experience.

    You would be responsible for

  • Delivering on our Customer Promise by taking great care of our customers
  • Positively responding to Customer queries across a range of our platforms
  • Innovative ideas to surprise and delight our customers
  • Gaining insights from our data to better improve Customer Experience
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends in Customer Experience - you love to be ahead of the game!
  • Supporting wider Customer Experience and Admin teams during peak times & leave cover
  • Building relationships with our internal teams & helping when required
  • Love helping people
  • Be passionate about providing an excellent Customer Experience
  • Find solutions which leave our customers telling others about
  • Be proactive, organised & solutions focused - you love to roll up your sleeves & get involved!
  • Have well-developed interpersonal & communications skills
  • Have passion & previous experience in an admin or front desk role
  • Be highly motivated, driven by challenges, flexible to change & resilient
  • Solutions focused, resilient & open to feedback- these are critical to this role!
  • Have values that align with ours - inspiring, accountable, integrity, inclusive, innovative & proactive
  • Have experience in Microsoft suite
  • This role will be based from our Support Office in Newmarket, Auckland where we have an informal working environment, relaxed dress code, dog day Fridays and love to get together as a team to celebrate our successes.

    The successful applicant will be provided with a carpark.
