About The Role
In this role, you would have the opportunity to :
Meet customer needs through the provision of ANZ's range of home loan, insurance, investment products, and transactional services
Act as a senior referral point for staff for more complex customer interviews and transactions (predominantly Home Lending)
Provide professional expertise to customers to help them meet their financial needs and goals
Take responsibility to know your customer’ from a risk perspective
Demonstrate living the ANZ Values with customers and colleagues

Shift Monday to Friday, 8 : 30AM 5 : 00PM
ANZ’s Retail and Business Banking unit is made up of our extensive branch network, Contact Centres, Business Banking team, and Broker and Mobile mortgage manager units.
Our frontline teams are supported by our Products, Digital Channels, Sales & Service Performance, Merchant Business Solutions, Risk and Customer Insights teams.

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following :
Prior experience in developing strong relationships in a customer focused role
Significant experience in financial services, preferably within the retail banking sector
Home Lending experience
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
A positive attitude with a growth mindset
