The Risk Assurance team will push you to develop your technical skills, business acumen, and accounting knowledge in a fast-
paced environment that encourages growth. You will help manipulate data from multiple sources to create visualisation dashboards that will be used to provide insights to a nationwide client base.

What would you be doing?
As a member of the Hawke’s Bay Risk Assurance team, you will help us to answer our clients’ most important questions and help them solve their problems.
This includes but is not limited to :
You'll work on a range of complex and challenging projects across a wide range of organisations. A lot of our work has a national focus so there are likely to be opportunities to work around the country too.
You’ll be joining a team who make a real difference to clients, often interacting with senior executives in client organisations.
Each client has individual and often unique requirements, so producing innovative, forward thinking solutions can often be a critical part of your role.

What do you need to bring to the role?
You will have a relevant tertiary qualification, be an excellent problem solver, have strong technical skills in data manipulation and an understanding of the ETL process and relational databases.
You will have the ability to analyse and present data, and draw insights using visualisation tools such as Qlik, Tableau or PowerBI.
If you have an IT qualification and have an Accounting background that would be very beneficial, but not essential. Likewise, if you have an Accounting qualification and have an IT background or knowledge, we want to hear from you.
You will also need to demonstrate the ability to identify and address client needs, including developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships and understanding the client's business.
Ideally you’ll have around 12 months experience in a similar role.
